David Cameron believes mental wellbeing is quantifiable as data, however, mental wellbeing is about the most subjective thing there is. This project in cooperation with Mind UK became about the realisation that identifying and understanding the mental health of a community is complex. It is critical of the fact that community mental health cannot be defined by a few national statistics, such as Cameron's 'Happiness Index'. It needs to be understood and tackled at a local scale relative to the location of action.
